For the week one update, the group first established the roles of the group and the name of the group. The group is named Triple B’s. Brett Bobo would be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lasheda Brooks would be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Cameron Greco would be the project leader and over the recipe development, Makayla Graham would be the group’s developer of the ePorfolio and reporter, and Savannah Laurendine would be over marketing and sales for the group. The second task for the group was to establish who and when the blog post would be written per the end of each day on Wednesday. The purpose of the blog post is to keep an up to date timeline of what our group is working on. Brett Bobo will be writing the first week blog, Lasheda Brooks will be writing the second week blog, Cameron Greco will be writing the third week blog post, Savannah Laurendine will be writing the fourth week blog post, and Makayla Graham will be writing the fifth and final blog post. Once the roles of the group were established, the group began brainstorming ideas as to what product we will be using. Brainstorming helps the group think of many different possibilities that the group can use to bring the best product to the project. Certain parameters that the group needed to take into account were the niche market, health advantages, nutrition, and product trends in the market. One product that the group chose to test was corn chicken. The other product that the group chose to test was a gluten free ready to eat Cajun breaded chicken stuffed with bacon and cheese.
